There is life after indecision…

There is life after indecision…

You just need to
resuscitate your
self confidence.

You just need to
resuscitate your
self confidence.

Medical school never taught you how to believe in yourself…

How to be confident with any decision you make…

That you can create any result for yourself that you dream up.

You learned how to manage patients and diseases but not how to manage your own mind.

But an unmanaged physician
brain is a bigger problem
than you think.

I’m Beth. A Mohs surgeon and certified life coach.

I have a physician brain, too. Problem focused. Perfectionistic. People-pleasing.

And while I could easily make life-impacting decisions for my
patients, I struggled to make
life-changing decisions for myself.

I didn’t want to make the wrong decision, so I didn’t make any decision. For a long time.

My confidence in creating new goals was consumed by second guessing, fear of making a mistake, and worry about losing referrals, patients or staff.

I thought the problem was caused by demanding patients, underperforming staff, referral patterns, insurance contracts, practice management woes…even my loved ones.

I thought the problem was caused by demanding patients, under-performing staff, practice management woes…even my loved ones.

But the actual problem was…me.

And my unmanaged physician brain.

And my unmanaged physician brain.

An unmanaged physician brain
doesn't really serve anyone.

An unmanaged physician brain
doesn't really serve anyone.

Coaching helped me uncover how my physician brain was:

      • Preventing me from achieving new goals
      • Keeping me stuck in indecision
      • Sabotaging my own emotional well-being
      • Promoting a pattern of fear, anxiety, and scarcity

Coaching helped me uncover how my physician brain was:

Coaching also taught me the skills to manage my brain and:

Coaching taught me the skills to manage my brain and:

      • Create new possibilities and goals for myself
      • Confidently make decisions without second guessing
      • Break the cycle of perfectionism and people-pleasing
      • Put a stop to procrastination, over-drinking, over-working, over-“everythinging
      • Strengthen relationships with myself and others.

Coaching helped me understand that I didn’t have to rely on anyone or anything else to change.

The power and the ability to change, grow and move forward was solely within me.

You have the power within you!

You have the power to regain control of your life, too!

This is true freedom.

This is real possibility.

I learned it. I live it. Every. Single. Day.

And I want to help you discover what’s possible for you!
